Dear readers — today’s story is about eviction hearings, which represent a big chunk of lawyers’ casework at some of our local courts but go largely unreported in the media. Mollie attended two cases, one where a man lost his home in just five minutes and another where a young couple narrowly avoided a possessions order being granted on their home.
