There is something so utterly delightful about a group coming together with a shared niche interest and getting their community excited about something most people have never have thought about before. This summer, a ragtag arts collective calling themselves the Bring Back Old Billy Committee did just that when they successfully petitioned the Higgins Bedford museum to loan them the taxidermied head of the longest-living horse on record, who died in Latchford at the ripe old age of 62.
