Dear members — pull up a seat, grab a snack, slip into one of those neck-pillow-cushions people use on planes and make yourself comfortable. Earlier this month a 70-page document was released by the Local Government Boundary Commission for England, illustrating the new look Liverpool from next year, at least as far as politics is concerned. We’ll be taking a look at what this means for residents and whether it’s likely to give Town Hall the shake up it needs.
