I've held a Blue Badge for over EIGHT years. Latest renewal, my £10 e-payment was DEBITED from my account on 6 April. On May 20 I received an e-mail asking to see my Original PiP document (issued 2010), I contacted Cardiff, who sent me a photocopy, which I forwarded ... now Liverpool Council (responsible for issuing Blue Badges) claim they "have no record" of my Mobility problems and their 'best offer' is to refund my payment ........ NOT good enough! and yes, I'm STILL waiting.
At best I'll get 10 months of Blue Badge (having paid for 12 months) and the clock is ticking ........
